Shipping Days:

What days are shipments made?

We want to ensure that your jewelry arrives on time and in the best condition. We offer free shipping throughout Spain on purchases over 60 euros. Shipments may take up to a week to arrive. We will process your order within 1-3 days, then you can receive your jewelry within 3-5 days. So, relax and look forward to your new purchases.

Shipping to the Canary Islands:

What information do you have about shipments to the Canary Islands?

For our friends in the Canary Islands, shipments may take a little longer due to distance. We estimate longer delivery times, but your jewelry will arrive with the same care and quality. Please note that to guarantee problem-free shipping to the Canary Islands, we need the recipient's DNI/NIE identification number. Don't worry, this data will not be processed or stored by Adorno de Astra, it will be used only to facilitate the safe shipping of your jewelry to its destination.

Variation in Delivery Times:

Can delivery times vary?

Yes, delivery times may vary depending on holidays or high season. We will do our best to ensure you receive your jewelry on time, but we ask for your patience if there are unexpected delays.

If we run out of stock of the item, shipping may take a little longer. We will contact you in this case so you can decide what to do.

Shipping Address Change:

Can I change the shipping address after placing the order?

We understand that circumstances change. If you need to change your shipping address, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible, and we will do our best to update the shipping information for your order.

Absence at the Delivery Address (SPAIN):

What happens if I'm not home when my order arrives?

We make 2 delivery attempts to your home. If we are unable to deliver your order after these attempts and your package is returned, you will be responsible for the shipping costs again. In some areas, if home delivery is not possible, the package will be available for collection at the local post office during the next 15 business days. We are not responsible for orders that are not collected within this period.
