Returns within 30 Day Trial:
At Adorno de Astra, we understand that your satisfaction is paramount. That's why we offer a 30-day trial period for your purchases. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please contact us.
To make a return, the item must be in perfect condition, unused and in its original packaging. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on products that have been used.
Please note that in the case of used products money will not be refunded.
Return shipping costs and responsibility are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping costs will not be refunded.
We reserve the right to withhold the refund until we have received the returned product and inspected it.
Return of Gift Products:
If you have received a product as a gift and wish to return it, it must be returned so we can process the refund. In this case, you must also return all the products purchased during the purchase.
Defects:
If you receive a defective product, please contact us immediately through our contact section. You have a period of 24 hours to inform us and follow the instructions that we will provide you.
In the case of defective products, the return must be made within 7 calendar days after our team contacts you and tells you the steps to follow.
Item Damaged by Third Party:
We do not make exchanges or returns for items damaged by the buyer due to poor care, loss, theft, contact with abrasive chemicals or other actions beyond the original quality of the product.
Promotion Periods:
During promotional periods, please note that you must return all products, including those purchased at a discount or free. Otherwise, the value of the unreturned item will be deducted.
